The annual event, which has become one of the most anticipated celebrations for children in the community, is expected to feature a variety of entertaining and educational activities including dancing competitions, football matches, match pass displays, games, music, and other fun-filled programmes designed to promote unity, happiness, and creativity among children.

Parents, teachers, and community leaders have commended the Foundation for sustaining the initiative over the years, describing it as a platform that brings joy and hope to young people while encouraging moral and educational development.

At the end of the celebration, children are expected to go home with various gifts and educational materials, a gesture that has continued to put smiles on the faces of many families in the community.
Observers say the excitement and happiness usually displayed by the children during the annual celebration reflect the true essence of Children’s Day — a day dedicated to nurturing dreams, inspiring hope, and promoting the welfare of children.

Apart from organizing Children’s Day celebrations, the Foundation has also supported schools through the distribution of chairs and tables, instructional materials, classroom renovations, school fencing projects, scholarships, and cash support for indigent students.
Community stakeholders noted that Pastor Okeze’s commitment to giving back to society demonstrates a strong sense of social responsibility and compassion for the less privileged. They added that his consistent investment in education and youth empowerment has inspired many others to support noble causes within the community.

Speaking ahead of the celebration, Dr Pat Adigwe , the Co- Ordinator of the Foundation reaffirmed their commitment to the educational and moral development of children, stressing that investing in young people remains the surest path toward building a better society.

Together, we can nurture a generation that will lead with wisdom, integrity, and compassion, the Foundation stated.
