It was an atmosphere filled with joy, gratitude, and admiration as friends, political associates, and well-wishers joined in celebrating Hon. Charles Emetolu, member representing Ndokwa West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, on the occasion of his birthday.
Hon. Emetolu, who has distinguished himself as one of the most effective and people-oriented lawmakers in Delta State, was eulogized for his humility, accessibility, and commitment to the welfare of his constituents. Since his election into the State Assembly, he has demonstrated rare leadership qualities — blending wisdom, service, and compassion in his representation.
Speaking during the celebration, community leaders from Kwale, Utagba-Ogbe, and other parts of Ndokwa West described Hon.
