The Association of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria (ACNPN), Delta State Council, has extended warm felicitations to the State Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Public Information, Hon. Charles Aniagwu on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a distinguished administrator , a visionary leader, and a patriot committed to the progress of Delta State and Nigeria.
