[dropcap] G[/dropcap]ov. Sheriff Oborevwori,the Delta State governor has nominated three new commissioners to fill Vacant positions in his administration.
This is coming shortly after last Friday’s judgement by the Supreme Court affirming Oborevwori’s election victory in the March 18, 2023 poll.
The newly appointed commissioners are:
1. Ekemejero Ohwovoriole SAN – Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
2. Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza – Commissioner for Information.
3. Kanemala Penewou – Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
It would be recalled that Oborevwori, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was declared winner of the election by INEC.

The matter came to an end last friday with the apex court affirming the ruling of the lower courts.
