To ensure that participants could convert their new skills into real income, Hon. Esenwah provided the top 30 performers with brand-new HP laptops, enabling them to launch their own digital careers immediately. This decisive step turned what would have been “just another training” into a sustainable path to economic independence.
One shining example is Victor Ifeanyi Daniel from Umuogwo–Ibusa. As the first graduate of the program, Victor now runs his own digital services business and is already earning real income.
