The Association of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria (ACNPN), Delta State Chapter, today honoured the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dennis Emomotimi Guwor, and Hon. Frank Esenwah, Member representing Oshimili North Constituency, at its annual conference.
This year’s event opened with a free medical outreach, providing healthcare support to residents before proceeding to a public lecture and the presentation of awards to deserving leaders who have contributed to the growth of grassroots journalism and community development.
ACNPN described the honourees as visionary partners of community media whose leadership continues to uplift democratic engagement and strengthen communication at the local level.
