The President of Vebron Carre Conglomerates and our Swaggerlicious Obi(Dr.) Henry Chukwuma Ajudua, has called on sons and daughters of Igbuzo to embrace unity and peaceful coexistence as a pathway to sustainable development.
Speaking during a recent address, Dr. Ajudua stressed the importance of togetherness, noting that the strength of Igbuzo lies in its unity. “We must remain one people, one blood, because united we stand,” he said.
He particularly advised youths in the community to shun crime and all forms of social vices, urging them to uphold the values of peace and brotherhood that have historically defined Igbuzo. According to him, “In the past, despite disagreements, we never resorted to violence against one another. That spirit must be preserved.”
Obi(Dr.) Ajudua further encouraged young people to take responsibility for the security of their communities, emphasizing that government alone cannot ensure safety.
He called on them to act as their “brother’s keeper” and support local efforts in maintaining peace and order across Igbuzo.
The Swaggerlicious Obi Igbuzo also appealed to community stakeholders, including the Igbuzo Community Development Union (ICDU), to intensify efforts toward fostering unity and development.
He noted that meaningful progress can only be achieved in an atmosphere of peace.
“Without peace, development cannot thrive. We must all come together to build the Igbuzo we desire,” he added.
Dr. Ajudua commended the traditional ruler, His Royal Majesty, Obi Prof. Chelunor Nwoboshi, for his leadership, as well as community leaders, warlords, and other sons and daughters of Igbuzo who have continued to work tirelessly for the growth of the town.
He urged them to sustain their efforts, stressing that Igbuzo remains a shared heritage that must be protected and nurtured.
“We do not have another town called Igbuzo. We must continue to work together to preserve and develop it,” he said.
