We wish to felicitate with our State Governor, His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on the 34th Anniversary of the creation of Delta State.
Olorogun(Dr) Joshua Oghenejiru Muwhen,the Acting Managing Director said that Delta state is celebrating a significant milestone in the state’s history, the 34th anniversary of the creation. On this day, August 27, 1991, Delta state was born, and we began our journey as a distinct entity. We have made enormous developmental strides and advancements that has placed us on a pedestal, making us stand out above our equals.
Under the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, we are making steady progress to the promised land that was envisioned by our forefathers. We have risen to the faith of greatness as espoused in the Dakada philosophy and everywhere, Delta sons and daughters are making exploits in their different fields of endeavour.
Today, under the leadership of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, we are driving the Bank’s transformation agenda, with a focus on: Maximizing Retirement Savings Account (RSA) processing to position the Bank as a leader in Nigeria Strengthening risk management to ensure only well-secured, high-quality loans are issued Recovering non-performing loans while protecting shareholder value Improving staff culture and mindset to align with global banking standards Expanding the Bank’s national outlook with robust IT and digital banking innovations.
The 6th Board of Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited,headed by our amiable chairman, Hon. Jude Omena Ogbimi and the management staff are working together to take the bank to the next level and align with the vision of the board which is in tandem with the More Agenda of the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori administration.
As we mark our 34th anniversary, it is my prayer and wish that God will continue to bless, sustain Delta state and guide us to our ultimate destination as we continue to join hands with our leaders to build our state.While wishing Deltans a happy 34th anniversary celebration, Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited prayed to God to bless the state and guide the people towards a prosperous tomorrow.
