[dropcap]A[/dropcap]ssociation of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria ( Delta State Council) on Friday, congratulated Mr. Charles Aniagwu on his nomination as commissioner designate in the Delta State Government’s cabinet.
ACNPN’s separate congratulatory messages were conveyed in a statement issued by The ACNPN in a statement signed by the State chairman, Comrade Jude Obiemenyego and the Secretary, Comrade Janet Wuojuola Okolosi in Asaba. The ACNPN sees the nomination as the reward for excellent and distinguished service as Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.
The ACNPN extolled the leadership qualities and astute contributions of Aniagwu to the economic development of Delta State since he was appointed in 2015.
ACNPN described the Aniagwu as an `illustrious son of Delta’, whose remarkable contributions to the Media industry in Nigeria remained legendary and worthy of emulation.
“Mr. Aniagwu is an illustrious son of Delta in whom we are well pleased.“His astute contributions to the development of the Media world is legendary and worthy of emulation. “The ACNPN commends the Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, for recognizing the excellence in Hon. Aniagwu and prayed that the nomination for appointment as a commissioner, when confirmed, will add greater value to the worth of the Delta State Executive Council”.
