The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Youth Mobilisation, Chief Lucky Blessing Odiakachukwu Abuah, popularly known as Bullet Empire, has intensified grassroots political activities across the state through a strategic house-to-house campaign to mobilise support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu and Olorogun Innocent Esewezie ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Chief Abuah, a prominent youth leader and philanthropist, said the initiative was designed to communicate the achievements and programmes of the various leaders directly to residents at the grassroots, while providing an opportunity for community members to express their expectations and concerns.
Speaking during one of the mobilisation visits, Abuah said the era of relying exclusively on rallies and media campaigns was gradually giving way to more direct and sustained engagement with the electorate.
According to him, the house-to-house campaign would help ensure that no community, ward or polling unit is excluded from efforts to secure broad support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidates in the forthcoming elections.
He said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic reforms and infrastructure development initiatives had laid the foundation for long-term national growth, while Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s MORE Agenda had continued to advance development in Delta State through investments in roads, healthcare, education, youth empowerment and human capital development.
Abuah also described Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, former governor of Delta State and representative of the Delta North Senatorial District, as an experienced statesman whose legislative contributions and commitment to the development of the state remained invaluable.
He commended Hon. Ndudi Elumelu for his consistent representation and empowerment programmes, noting that the former Minority Leader of the House of Representatives had continued to make a positive impact through educational support, infrastructure projects and youth development initiatives.
Speaking on Olorogun Innocent Esewezie, Abuah said the respected grassroots politician and development advocate had remained committed to the welfare of the people through various community-based interventions, particularly in healthcare, education and social support.
He disclosed that the youth mobilisation campaign would cover communities across Delta State, with particular emphasis on engaging young people, women and first-time voters. He added that volunteer teams had already been deployed to various wards and local government areas to educate residents on the importance of sustaining the current leadership at both the federal and state levels.
Chief Abuah maintained that the 2027 elections would be shaped by grassroots participation and effective voter mobilisation, stressing that direct engagement would strengthen the relationship between the people and their elected representatives.
He urged party members and supporters to remain united and committed to the collective objective of securing victory for President Tinubu, Governor Oborevwori, Senator Okowa, Hon. Elumelu and Olorogun Esewezie.
According to him, the campaign was not merely about winning elections but also about consolidating development, promoting good governance and creating greater opportunities for young people and future generations.
Political observers have described the house-to-house mobilisation strategy as a significant grassroots engagement initiative, noting that it could contribute to increased voter participation and support for the candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.
